We’re happy to announce another one of our projects just received Passive House Design certification from PHIUS! The simple geometry of the building form echoes the nearby Flatirons while creating a light-filled, ultra comfortable, and net-zero home. Construction will begin soon - stay tuned for updates!

We are dried in on this three-story house with stunning views to the Gore Range framed by Viking windows and doors provided by . We just got a 0.038 cfm/sf on our blower door test with our target for passive house certification being 0.06 cfm. This will become the first Passive House project in Summit County

The Bluff Lake Nature Center building has turned a corner - exterior siding is on, parking lot and ramp are in, and interior finishes are going up fast. BLNC is Denver’s only urban Nature Center - this new HQ serves as a gateway to nature and will allow our clients to become even better stewards of this incredible ecosystem.
