The process:

Info and introduction container
Breathing with evocative music 60 mins
with optional intuitive bodywork to support your personal process. You expressions are welcome. I have cushions for safe physical release.
Post breathing art piece and processing
Linger a bit before driving off if necessary

Come let go of any last summer energies while welcoming in the new season. With our courageous voices and full spectrum body movements we will shake our trees and let the no-longer-needed leaves of yesteryear lovingly fall away!

You will make a wonderful addition to our embodied journey if you choose to show up! You are welcome to enter the vortex, share your voice and make a choice to move the energy within... with radical authenticity. You may experience the ecstatic joy in your body while releasing loads of tension.

The structure of the evening:

We will circle up and introduce ourselves to briefly connect. Then I will speak about important details, practice the breathing, followed by a little vocal toning to prime our pipes and practice expressing.

During the breathwork you may Om, scream, chant, warrior yell, lion roar, whisper, purrrr, hum, groan, moan, whimper, cry, sing, celebrate, writhe, twist, push, pull, contort, tremble, shake, rock, punch, kick, clench, release, relish and ravish the space!

The room will be moderately dark and the music loud so you feel inspired to express freely and fully! Through our breath we will let out the energy from our lower Chakras, our hearts, throats and the dense emotions in our bodies with help from specific music I have compiled for us. It will bring deeply resonant vibration into our beings to help rattle the dense areas... so they come up and out finally!

And I will use my training and bodywork skills to support you with the process when indicated. I'll keep an eye on everyone's safety so you can really let go, surrendering to your inner experience completely if you wish to allow it 🙌

Finally, we will circle up and connect afterwards to enjoy grounding with intimate sharing... witnessing one another's beautiful, vulnerable realness, held with compassionate tenderness and loving containment. Perhaps we will share an inspired intention.

You may wish to journal or do art after so I will be sticking around for you to do that.
