Spanish speaking, Colorado-based, Full Charge Bookkeeper

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with various client's financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports.

Prior experience working with clients remotely is preferred. Must be skilled with cleaning up client financials according to GAAP. This is an independent contractor position who must be available 10-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely processing of payroll

Qualifications

- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (no exceptions)
- Must be located in the Boulder/Denver, Colorado area.
- Must be qualified to work legally in the United States as an independent contractor or employee.
- Must have the internet and computer speed to work remotely 90+% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 15+ years of experience with various types of trade service industry businesses.
- Certified with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) or Xero accounting software. Must provide certificate before starting.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
