It’s about not throwing yourself into a shame spiral every time you eat cookies

Cookies are delicious. Oranges are delicious. Eating one over the other does not call into question your worth.

Food is neutral 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The sooner we allow ourselves to eat. Like really EAT foods that we enjoy the less those foods have power over us.... which means the less we eat foods in a manner that is unhelpful to our bodies

It starts with what we believe to be true about our food and our body.... making more rules and believing more things about certain foods is not helpful it just increases our fixation
