Again

I met this gorgeous creature at my retreat. she wasn’t part of it technically but in some ways she is why I went. It was all part of a plan she and i were not aware of. she just happen to be at the retreat center at the same time is I. I sat by her at dinner. She saw my light, as she put it and now we are forever connected. 


today someone in dance class thanked me for being vulnerable. So here I go again..
The word we danced with was resilience.
something I feel is lacking in me these days. I have been falling apart a lot, as many people I know have.
I had to be resilient when I moved to Denver, not knowing a soul
I had to be resilient when my children were young and I was a single mom. 
I had to be resilient when my store closed,  and I had nowhere to reopen
My question is, are we only resilient when we have to be?
How do you build resilience?
