Heart-opening ceremonial cacao blends.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to facilitate a cacao ceremony in and I was blown away by the beauty of their new space!

They recently went through a renovation back in February to create a larger room for facilitators and I am simply in awe of the beauty and the grounding energy of this space.

There are so many places in Denver where facilitators like me bring their gifts and their magic but there is no space that compares to the vibes you feel when you’re in Sacred Society🤍✨🪴

Forever grateful to be a part of the Sacred familia and to continue offering the heart-opening medicine of Mamita Cacao🤎🫶

Yesterday’s cacao ceremony “Release, Renew, Reclaim” was all about stepping into the NEW life our OLD self could never have carried. A caterpillar cannot fly. Period. It must go through a process of metamorphosis and literally dissolve its previous form in order to enjoy the privileges and benefits of having wings. But in order to have wings, it must first undergo a process of releasing its previous form in order to acquire a completely new one. This process is not easy. In fact, it can be grueling. It requires time, darkness, patience, a chrysalis, and finally, a literal breakthrough.
In order to enjoy the benefits that come with having wings, you have to be willing to shed the version of you that you built for safety, so that you can transform into the version of you that’s designed for freedom, expansion, joy, and unlimited possibilities.

You have to release the safety and comfort of your chrysalis so that you can reclaim the birthright of your wings. Your wings are metaphorical symbols for personal freedom, rising, and for the sacred sovereignty you were born with. Learn how to use your wings so you can rise to whatever heights your heart desires🦋❤️

But in order to rise and fly high, you must first unshackle and release yourself from anything that’s holding you back or weighing you down. You cannot rise and take flight if you’re being anchored down. To fly, you have to let go of all the things that no longer serve and are adding unnecessary and burdensome weight to your wings. The caterpillar represents your previous form, your previous patterns, beliefs, behaviors, and identities that no longer serve you and the chrysalis represents the process you must go through to become the version of you you were always designed to be.

🐛CREATE A NEW IDENTITY

🦋BECOME THE BUTTERFLY

And reinforce your new identity with changed behavior. Once a butterfly becomes a butterfly it ceases to be a caterpillar and stops behaving like one. Why on earth would a butterfly keep crawling if it has the ability to fly?

The butterfly came here to teach us that we too are capable of metamorphosis and transformation🦋

Apapacho familia, I’ve been keeping a little secret that I am FINALLY ready to share with you today!🤎🥹

After months and months and MONTHS of planning, I am beyond thrilled and so, so grateful to officially and formally announce Apapacho’s partnership with !🤎🙏🏼🌿

Starting THIS coming Saturday 11/22 I’ll be offering a series of 4 cacao ceremonies at Sacred Society that are all intended to build upon one another but can also be attended separately.

Partnering with Sacred Society is a dream come true for me for so many reasons🥹

1. YOU, our beloved Apapacho familia have been asking me to host monthly cacao ceremonies for YEARS and now we finally have a space!😭

2. Sacred Society just like Apapacho Cacao, is Latina-owned and both the owner and I are from Mexico🇲🇽❤️ It has always been extremely important for me to partner with and elevate Latina-owned businesses in general, but ESPECIALLY in the wellness industry where Latina representation is extremely rare and scarce. It is an honor for me to partner with a fellow Latina business AND bring visibility to Latinas in wellness which has always been a sacred part of our indigenous ancestry.

3. And finally, the vibrational match between Sacred Society and Apapacho Cacao couldn’t be more aligned. From the moment I stepped foot inside of Sacred Society back in March of this year, I knew it was only a matter of time before a partnership unfolded because visiting this space for the 1st time felt like a full body YES for me.

Needless to say, I am beyond elated for this partnership and SO excited for our 1st ceremony this coming Saturday!

Our cacao ceremonies are each capped at 14 souls so if you’ve been craving an end of year Apapacho surrounded by like-hearted individuals, this is the PERFECT opportunity to gift yourself or someone you love, the gift of mama cacao’s loving embrace🤎🫂

A little over 2 months ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Vanesa Rubiano at a live event. Vanesa is a trained psychologist and a proud Colombian🇨🇴

After the event, Vanesa and I set up a time to connect 1 on 1 and then she invited me to be a guest on her podcast!

A couple weeks ago, Vanesa I sat down together to record the podcast and chat over a hot cup of Apapacho Cacao🤎

If you’d like to listen to our podcast click on the link in my IG stories! Just a heads up, the podcast is mostly recorded in Spanish🙂

There are days, memories, and moments you will never forget. Days that will forever remain etched on the walls of your heart and moments that will always influence who you are and how you show up.

Facilitating a cacao ceremony for 45 women in one of the most beautiful spaces I’ve ever facilitated in was one of those moments for me.

My heart can hardly contain the overflowing gratitude and love I feel for my dear friend Samantha Sarine from who extended this unforgettable experience to me and to Apapacho Cacao. Having the opportunity to hold space for cacao to perform Her heart-opening magic for 45 women is a privilege and an honor I do not take lightly.

After 7 years of learning from cacao’s loving energy, this moment felt like a “graduation day” for me.

I will forever remain a student of cacao and an ambassador of Love. Con el corazón en las manos, gracias, gracias, gracias🤎🙏
