Here’s to a meaningful Winter Solstice for those of us in the northern hemisphere!

May we all let it all go into the void on the darkest day of the year, today.

Let it dissolve. Feel. Get cathartic. Release definition.

The light returns tomorrow. How can you complete this cycle for yourself today?

7 years since I finally made it to my first Burn.

4 years since I last stepped foot on the playa.

I considered going to the Renegade the last 2 years but held off.

Not every year has been a Burning Man year. Although, I’m always game to sing its praises.

Thus far in my life I’ve only attended this festival in the midst of large life transitions.

This year is no exception.

Burning Man is no joke.

It takes a lot of energy to make it there. It takes a lot of energy to make it period.

BM is an extremely powerful collective ritual. It’s a massive party, yes. But it’s so much more than that. It’s a pilgrimage.

I’m honored and stoked to be returning for what I can already feel is going to be a very special year.

To be creating a massive city again where we amplify the full range of human and divine experience together.

To commemorate our grief and loss by making our collective offerings at the Temple. Sending our personal and collective prayers and intentions out together throughout the week and particularly as we watch the Temple Burn on the final night.

The magic of tens of thousands of people in one place bringing so much of their creative energy is undeniable.
