We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Jay Donato as the President of Anderson Custom Meats. With over 20 years of invaluable meat production experience in the Denver area, Jay is a true asset to our team.
One of Jay's remarkable achievements is spearheading Anderson's successful attainment of the highly coveted Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification. Through his dedication and expertise, he not only wrote but also implemented the necessary programs to meet the stringent requirements of this certification. As a result, Anderson is now able to process for major retailers, opening new avenues of growth for our business.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending quality time with his wife and dogs in the mountains. Whether telemark skiing, fishing, rafting, or shooting, Jay embraces the great outdoors.

Our state-of-the-art vacuum packaging machine provides fast cycle times, giving us excellent production capacity. We customize labels, including custom date coding, for any cut, grind or patty processed through our USDA-inspected facility in Colorado. Our top-of-the-line hamburger patties come in 2x1, 3x1 and 4x1, and our 1-pound bricks are vacuum sealed with custom labels. We also offer bulk ground beef in 1, 3, 5 and 10 pound chubs.
