Protecting your peace means creating a safe space, internally and externally, where the joy is endless and there is no room for guilt or shame. It means creating and maintaining boundaries that protect your wellbeing and mental health. It means letting go of the negative relationships, thoughts, and habits. It is a part of self-love and self-care. But you have to choose to protect your peace, everyday. You have to chose you.

Here are some ways of my favorite ways to protect my peace:

✨Stand up for yourself
✨Don’t be afraid to walk away
✨Listen to your inner voices
✨Take time for yours elf
✨Let go of things you can’t control
✨Pay attention to your thoughts
