First snow of the season for Colorado came on September 11. This is Breckenridge. I dusted off the skis, sharpened the edges, and calculated my boots are 29 years old (fit like a glove!). It's an El Nino year - usually means lots of snow coming. I'd rather ski it than shovel it - ready! 😎

Growing up in the Kansas City area, tornadoes were commonplace. But to fly through a storm spawning three of them? Yes! But only in our imagination, please. That's the fun of reading and writing fiction. 🛩 A scene in "Hunting In Paradise" has Santana and Paul's plane dodging a triple tornado. A rough ride, for sure. 🤓
