Finally. A Certificate of Occupancy… 40 years of administrative failures, $23k in eco testing, building plans for the original existing home, deck plans they hid and had all along, and 2.5 years of being threatened legally and financially by an immune government as a tax paying homeowner.

Check your permits before you buy or be prepared for the same abuse until you stand up. Just because the government is immune doesn’t mean they can railroad over homeowners bc some loser said so- who was suing me for”habit of warrantability” with a documented tenant history of unjust enrichment and insurance fraud.
