Our Story

PrayerCraft was developed to help anyone who is in need of guidance, healing, love or prosperity. This is a site dedicated to the power of prayer and how to pray effectively. I incorporate Eastern and Western methods in my personal prayer life. I use yoga, meditation, dance, singing bowls, incense, candles, prayer veils, prayer rugs, time in nature, listening to stories and storytellers, reading sacred texts, and deep breathing as part of my own personal spiritual growth. I am open to people of all walks of life and all religious faiths.

I am a biblical and literary scholar who graduated Summa Cum Laude with my Bachelors of Arts and Sciences in English (emphasis on Cultural Studies), double minoring in Religious Studies and Communication and Journalism. I have extensive academic knowledge of the Bible, Jewish mysticism, all denominations of Christianity (as well as “fringe” groups), Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism.

Currently working towards my Masters of Theological Studies at Iliff School of Theology with a thesis focus on how Womanism effects theology in positive ways. In my spare time I research Wicca, Paganism, and Shamanism, Egyptian, Hindu, African and Orisha traditions/mythologies, the work of Mexican curranderas (healers), and Native American traditions and medicine ways.

I practice eclectic spiritual practices aimed towards unity, love and positive affirmation.
My specialties include practices in overcoming doubt, opening oneself to the Divine, effective meditation, healing, and how to use household items as aids for deeper prayer. Welcome!

Different things work for different folks. Let’s find out what works for you!
