•a comfy place to sit
•tea, coffee, water
•tarot or oracle cards if you have them

Let me know if there is anything you would like to focus on and I will add to our practice to nurture your needs (reiki, eft, etc.). Your privacy and personal journey is extremely important to me and we will never share if you're not comfortable doing so.
