Are your words often misunderstood? Mine are. One trick I learned is to have people repeat what they think I said and to have me repeat what I think they said and then the other has a chance to clarify before a response is given. This helps to keep misunderstandings at a minimum and catch them early. 🌻

Short sleeve season is back! My skin is super sensitive so I need it to be quite warm and sunny to be in short sleeves and let the wind run along my bare skin. I know how important my vitamin d intake is so I do my best to show the skin when the sun comes out so I can absorb the maximum.
