This is Mermaid Nixie!

Nixie the mermaid is a Rocky Mountain mermaid who loves to swim in the lakes and rivers here, but never passes up the opportunity to visit her mermaid friends in tropical waters. She loves learning new things, especially about human’s strange way of life. She loves collecting treasures that catch her eye from the depths to make new adornments for herself and friends she meets along the way. She can often be found collecting trash along with her treasures to keep her beloved waters clean for all fellow marine creatures.
