Hello fellow friend,
I have a room available coming this September 2018. The room is in my year 1955 house (that I'm living in as well) located in Aurora near the old Lowry Air Force base. Its a one-story house with a unfinished basement. The home is about 2400 square feet total, 1200sq upstair and 1200 downstairs. Three bed rooms upstairs. Two is for bedroom spaces, and one is use for office space, we can share. One full bathroom upstairs, so we have to share it. I ask to have regular routine cleaning schedule for the bathroom and general living spaces, I don't care about your room though. I'm not a clean freak. but I love a clean house :) The house is an older home so it's needs some updating on a few things. I did install a brand new furnace and A/C unit and new main breaker electrical panel, new roof, new kitchen faucet. I do perfer a security deposit before moving in. I do ask to split utilities.
