This Monday, Bladium CrossFit is proud to participate in the FYR IGNITE Fundraiser WOD in support of Forging Youth Resilience (FYR) 💙
Every class throughout the day will be taking on this special workout to help raise awareness and support youth physical and mental wellness during Mental Health Awareness Month. The workout was designed exclusively for FYR by Ben Dziwulski with WODprep, making this an incredible opportunity for our community to come together for something bigger than fitness.
