May-cember is always a chaotic time with school schedules, yard prep, social activities and celebrations. This year, through the madness, we were able to help quite a few rockstar clients and got a nod from the Region (state of Colorado) for those efforts. Thanks for trusting us and letting us have so much fun in the process!

After just losing out on multiple offers for MCM homes that needed some work, our clients saw an opportunity for a spacious, already updated home next to an Elementary school that seemed too good to be true. Being out of town when it first went under contract, they were given another chance as the first buyers backed out over software stock. This market is wild, ya'll! After a week of contemplating and second showings, another buyer came out of the word work as we offered - but we clinched the deal this time!

What would have been an almost flawless transaction (great inspection, easy appraisal, phenomenal sellers, listing agent and lending team) hit a last minute snag with the solar loan transfer. All parties on deck - we partnered together to figure it out and get everyone to closing on time.

Congrats to our buyers and their adorable family - we know you're going to love growing up in this house and can't wait to attend the first annual wiffle ball party in the school field behind the house (that'll be a thing, right?)
