Hunter joined the Cardinal Group family in June 2023, stepping into student housing at Hill Place in Fayetteville with a background in affordable housing and a drive to be closer to family. He quickly discovered that he wasn’t just joining a company; he was joining a community of mentors who saw his potential before he even recognized it himself. This support system propelled him into the 2024 Summer Development Program, an immersive experience that redefined his understanding of "ROI." Hunter realized that the greatest return on investment doesn't come from spreadsheets, it comes from investing in people.

That people-first philosophy fueled Hunter’s rise to Area Leasing and Marketing Leader in College Station, TX, where he sharpened his creative edge and led his teams to new heights. Today, his journey has come full circle. Hunter has returned to Fayetteville as the Community Manager at The Cardinal at West Center, where he is now the mentor "pouring back" into his team the same way others did for him. Hunter’s story is a testament to the fact that when you invest in the culture of our company, the possibilities are endless.

Our team had a great turnout at the Grand Opening celebration for The Mercury Apartments. From old-fashioned TX BBQ and signature cocktails, to live music at the lounge and the rooftop, it was the perfect showcase of the lifestyle offered at this beautiful property.

Thanks to the stellar work of our management team, the community is already over 80% leased and on track to completely lease up within just 11 months of opening its doors.
