We had a blast at the legislative wrap-up last night, where we were honored to receive the Mountain Mover Award. 🏔️🏆

We’re proud to stand with so many advocates working to move Colorado forward for women and families.

Also, not to brag, but the award looks pretty great in our office. 💜

This past weekend, Paid Leave for All hosted a film preview in Denver with Congresswoman Brittany Pettersen and partners from across the paid leave movement. 🎬

The event celebrated Colorado becoming the first state in the nation to adopt a generous NICU benefit, making sure parents can be with their newborns during some of the most stressful and uncertain moments a family can face.

Rep. Pettersen is now working to bring that same protection to more families by adding NICU leave to federal unpaid FMLA protections.

It was a meaningful way to mark Mother’s Day weekend and celebrate the advocates, lawmakers, and community leaders fighting for working families. 💜
