We had a blast at the legislative wrap-up last night, where we were honored to receive the Mountain Mover Award. ๐๏ธ๐
Weโre proud to stand with so many advocates working to move Colorado forward for women and families.
Also, not to brag, but the award looks pretty great in our office. ๐

This past weekend, Paid Leave for All hosted a film preview in Denver with Congresswoman Brittany Pettersen and partners from across the paid leave movement. ๐ฌ
The event celebrated Colorado becoming the first state in the nation to adopt a generous NICU benefit, making sure parents can be with their newborns during some of the most stressful and uncertain moments a family can face.
Rep. Pettersen is now working to bring that same protection to more families by adding NICU leave to federal unpaid FMLA protections.
It was a meaningful way to mark Motherโs Day weekend and celebrate the advocates, lawmakers, and community leaders fighting for working families. ๐
