Week 1 of the Open starts this week!! Here are some details for our in house comp:

-If you signed up on the sheet up front, you will placed on Team Lexi or Team DDC soon!

-There are 4 ways to earn points for your team this week:

1️⃣ Do the workout! Whether it’s scaled or Rx, or modified for an injury, you get a point for completion! The workout can be done anytime between Thursday when it’s announced and the following Monday! Just make sure you submit a scorecard in the correct team folder!📁

2️⃣Wear your team colors when you complete the workout! You can wear both colors or just one! 🖤💙🧡🩶 You will note that you wore your colors on your scoresheet.

3️⃣Complete this week’s physical challenge! All or nothing, HONOR SYSTEM, accumulate 1 mile farmer carry (35/26) by next Monday! You will note that you completed this on your scoresheet.

4️⃣ BONUS POINTS if you score top 3 in our potluck. This week, instead of catered food, we’re going potluck style! Make any dish (sweet or savory) and we’ll vote for top 3 tastiest! Sign your dish up on the sheet up front! 🥑🍪🥢
