I help you break-through health and fitness barriers and build better habits to live your best life.

For those of you who missed the February Newsletter.
I know it’s been a while, and from the bottom of my heart — thank you for being here.
Over the past six months, Neuro Train has been through some pretty big changes, and I want to share what’s been happening (and what’s coming next).
Last summer, I was offered an opportunity to take the Neuro Train principles and build a program to support individuals in recovery at Mountain West Sober Living. The program was so successful that they invited me to step in as Program Director full-time.
Many of you know I’ve been sober since 2009, and this work feels like a calling. It’s been an incredible (and challenging!) adjustment, supporting people with complex needs while also building a new leadership role — training and managing coaches, opening a new facility, and navigating all the realities that come with it.
It’s taken a lot of reflection and discernment to keep supporting:
My Neuro Train clients
My new recovery community
And myself
Because of all this, I’m launching a monthly group coaching membership and moving everything off the Neuro Train App and Facebook to the Skool app! Skool finally gives us real connection, support, and notifications—without the distractions of Facebook. It’ll be our new home for community, accountability, and growth. I’m so excited to keep us connected in a more meaningful way!
Here’s the breakdown:
Standard Membership ($50/month):
Private community
Instant access to the Neuro Homework Library & ProMetabolic Blueprint
Regular community check-ins & fun challenges
Designed for those who want support, structure, and steady progress
Premium Membership ($150/month):
Everything in the Standard tier
Weekly check-ins for accountability
Monthly 90-minute live group coaching calls (recorded if you can’t attend)
Deeper education, small group coaching, and more personalized feedback
Early access to new exercise courses and special topics
PLUS: Discounts on future workshops, retreats, and programs

Why these prices?
The $50/month Standard tier allows me to answer your questions, do research, and create resources between sessions—without burning out. Premium is designed to give you extra support, education, and accountability at a fraction of the cost of 1:1 coaching.
For 1:1 clients, membership is optional but highly encouraged if you want extra help between sessions.
I’ve always rewarded my clients for their commitment to their health! That’s why premium clients will get future discounts on workshops, classes, retreats, etc. And if you pay for a year upfront, you’ll get a discount. 🔥
If you don’t join, just be sure to take good notes during our sessions so you can reference our work together. I’m here to support your progress in whatever way works best for you.
1:1 Coaching (Still Available, but Limited)
I’ll still be offering 1:1 sessions, but my availability is limited to 3–5 spots per week until summer.

Another 2.5 inches off of my waist in a week Eating more sugar... Ironically I caught a cold this week and made sure to take it easy, and rest a lot. Now to be fair, I was on my cycle from 2/11-2/16 so some of these results are likely due to the reduction in estrogen, but this is still MIND-BLOWING🤯
Calories In Calories Out? Not in the way you think.
These were my averages from 1/13 -2/9. I didn’t log my food while I was sick, but I ate beef stew, chicken noodle soup, lots of orange and grape juice, herbal tea + lots of honey, warm skim milk + 2-3 TBSP sugar, protein shakes with skim milk +casein + 2 TBSP sugar + salt, clean saltine crackers. In fact I know I even “over ate” (as far as calories go) a few days I was sick, especially because I wasn’t moving much.
Calories In Calories Out? According to Cronometer and my Apple Watch I was calculated on average to be in a 291 calorie deficit. 291 x 38 =11,058 1 lb of fat=about 3500 calories. 11,058/3,500=3.159 This means that if the calories in calories out model was correct, I would have lost about 3.16 lbs.
According to my measurements, I’ve lost about 17lbs of Body Fat. 17 x 3500=59,500 59,500/38=1,565.789 To get these results I would have needed to be, on average, in a 1,565.789 caloric deficit daily for the last 38 days 🤯
Sugar increases the metabolic rate.
Sugar gets a bad rep due to the fraud and confusion that has impacted the health, fitness, and medical industries since the 1940’s, however there are plenty of other doctors, nobel prize winning laureates and scientific researchers that disagree with the popular narratives and have even debunked popular theories that are treated as dogma.
🧠Want to learn more about the role stress plays in our health states and how healing your metabolism and 🥥thyroid function can restore you to thriving health? Check out my workshop on Saturday, March 15!
