A staycation well spent 🍕🍸✨
Dinner at and drinks at both tucked inside the iconic, boutique, hotel — and truly, we have no notes.
From the pistachio sausage pizza and salt & vinegar chips with prosciutto, to stuffed peppers, marinated olives, and a pumpkin tiramisu finale, every bite was packed with flavor.
The bartenders at Public House were top tier, and helped us find drinks that had our preferred flavor profile and spirit.
Can’t wait to share more from our staycation, and show you our incredible room (keep your eyes peeled 👀)— this place knows how to do food, drinks, and vibes just right. 🤠🍽️ Yee-freakin-haw!

❄️🎄 Christmas came early at !
If you haven’t added Ay Papi’s Polar Bear Express to your holiday bar pop-up list, what are you waiting for? This Latin-inspired holiday cocktail experience is a full winter wonderland.
The drinks are a beautiful range from refreshing and bright to warm and decadent—and not a single miss in the lineup. We also tried the provolone queso and it was outstanding. The perfect pairing for sipping your way through a snowy evening. ❄️🍹
Cherry Creek friends—this is your sign to go. Cheers to a season of very festive cocktails, good company and being on the nice list!

If you haven’t dined at Dio Mio yet… here’s your sign. 🏃♀️🍝
Fresh, handmade pasta, incredible vibes, and some of delicious plates . Chefs Spencer White and Alex Figura blend fine-dining technique with a super approachable counter-service experience — and wow does it show.
We went all in and enjoyed:
✨ the seasonal squash (fall perfection)
🥖 focaccia that should honestly have its own fan club
🍖 hearty meatballs we’re still thinking about
🍝 the dreamy lasagna,
🧀 cacio e pepe that hits exactly the way you want it to
🍸 and the loveliest cocktails to round it all out
Pro tip if it’s your first time: it’s counter-service with no reservations — check in with the host, settle in, and let the Dio team guide you. Order at the counter, sip something fun, and enjoy watching pasta being made at the heart of the restaurant. Everything is seasonal, sourced with care, and absolutely delicious.
Dio Mio, we’ll be back soon. 💛✨
