As people of this earth, we are naturally cyclical beings. As people with wombs, this circle of phases, ebbs, and flows anatomically through our hormones. Part of my embodiment of womb wellness includes syncing to this natural internal rhythm that my womb thrives on and applying that rhythm to other phases of my life as a form of self-care and preservation.

Taking care of the largest organ on my body with oils, butters, serums, and scents feels so ancestral to me. I think of all the women before me who rubbed cocoa butter on their freshly washed legs, blushed their cheeks, and lined their lips, gently dabbing perfume after delicately hanging earrings on stretched lobes. I now embody these same adornment practices and include products that use natural ingredients that are safe for my endocrine system and honor my natural hormonal rhythms.
