Dayna Frank from NIVA is working towards helping the ticketing crisis in our economy with the “Fix the Tix” campaign. Their mission is substantial and those of us in our music industry carry the responsibility to get concert tickets in the hands of real fans, without the rip off from scammers and third-party companies. Their solution to this ongoing problem is holding these scammers third-party ticketing companies, fraudulent venue box office websites, etc., both legally and financially accountable. The use of technology will also be needed to take on this long process towards a solution.
