The holidays can be a particularly painful time of year for those grieving. Yoga for Grief During the Holidays is a safe place to be with your sorrow. Please join us on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12th at 7:30pm at H.I.P Studio.

This workshop is for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. Please bring a photo of your loved one OR an object honoring your loss to place at the altar (you will take it with you when you leave).
