Twenty years ago, Laura Herrick walked into an interview at Pinnacle that wasn't even hers.

She still calls it destiny. We're inclined to agree.

Despite the flamingo costume, Laura is what we call a unicorn. She started in Inside Sales before moving into Accounting and HR. As the company grew, she stepped up again, taking on Inside Sales, Quotes, and Outside Sales. Today, she serves as VP of Sales Operations and Service.

Anyone who's worked with Laura knows the deal: she's thoughtful, steady, and somehow always five steps ahead. She genuinely cares that things get done the right way and takes pride in every detail. There's a reason people around here call her "the handler."
