You also donโt need to feel happy to smile and get those benefits. Faking a smile can still make you happier!

A lot of us have heard of an anti-inflammatory diet (avoiding inflammatory foods such as sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, corn, processed foods, food sensitivities, etc)
But what about other things besides foods that cause inflammation?
Consider these other factors that can cause stress, inflammation and harm to your body:
-people
-places
-thoughts
Start with identifying and addressing those 3 things.
Are there toxic people in your life?
Are the places you spend the most time uncomfortable/unsafe/full of chemicals, etc?
Are the common thoughts that fill your brain negative/hurtful/unhelpful?
If you notice a problem in one or all of these areas- what can you change or start to work on?
Diet is so important, but itโs not the only thing that contributes to stress in the body
