I used this emerald green 3D tile from TileBar as a fireplace surround, transforming the space into a striking focal point. The rich, jewel-toned hue exudes warmth, while the textured design adds depth and dimension to the room. The intricate tiles catch the light beautifully, creating a dynamic play of shadows and highlights that brings both drama and elegance to the fireplace. This bold choice elevates the entire space, turning an everyday feature into a statement of luxury and style.

I designed this main floor dedicated wet bar, which is a fantastic feature for entertaining or casual relaxation. It typically includes a sink with running water, storage for liquor, glassware, and bar tools, along with a countertop for preparation. You can also incorporate a mini-fridge or wine cooler, a small ice maker, and even an under-counter refrigerator for storing mixers or garnishes. If space allows, the bar area can be designed with stylish seating, such as stools or a small lounge area, and built-in shelving or cabinetry for a neat and organized appearance.

This was a big inspiration to me when designing my home. A floating powder room vanity is a sleek and modern design choice that can add a sense of openness and sophistication to a bathroom. The key appeal of this style is that the vanity appears to “float” above the floor, creating a more airy and spacious feel. This effect is achieved by mounting the vanity on the wall, leaving the floor visible underneath. It’s an excellent way to visually expand a small powder room.
