Sorry fans but just like you all look for my quote for words of inspiration i had to look for some of my own and i realized it was right in front of me staring right back, it is my own reflection that inspires me so lets get going!!!
QUOTE OF THE DAY: Negativity is like like catching a cold or the flu, we take medicine when were feeling ill, we drink soup, sweat it out, take showers, we do whatever it is to get rid of the illness and we get rid of the toxins in our body! In order to get rid of the negativity in our lives we have to do the same thing, we have to remedy the illness and get rid of the poison. I refuse to have negative people in my life, I wont allow someone's life to effect mine. I am in control of my feelings and emotions 24/7 and I will not allow someone to change that. You have to be strong enough to let go of the people that are trying to move you from your box. The box is a place that I stand, sleep, rest, eat and breathe on, this is my comfort zone this is my world. I do not allow people to move me from my box because it is simply just not big enough for the two of us. Sometimes we curse people out and we get angry or moved and these are all examples of someone trying to move you from your box. So often my son will say to me "dad were you moved" and my response is always the same " no son because no one has the ability to move me, no one is strong enough to move this box or me because i'm always in control of my box". Get control of your box and release the negative people from your life, I promise you will smile when its time to sleep and you will sing when its time to rise! 'mhappy

Sometimes we give our trust so freely that it can easily be taken advantage of and once this trust is tarnished the stains can never be removed, there are ways to build a new foundation but it can never stand up in strength to the original foundation of trust. Our minds and hearts will never forget the pain caused when trust has been broken but in order for us to move forth we must always forgive, some situations are so ugly that forgiving is the last thing we ever want to do but if we wish to move forward then we must forgive! Without trust you can have no relationship, a house cannot rest on a pile of mud because it will only sink and this is what we do in our relationships when we don't know how to forgive and move forward, we let it sink until the mud is so thick that we are only able to rescue ourselves and leave everything else sinking and then we are left beaten, bruised, dirty and ruined for the next person who may come into our life. Stop giving it away, every foundation of cement must be earned through hard work so therefore you must earn and work for my TRUST IN ORDER TO BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION TO OUR FUTURE!
