Ring is up! All Valley Boxing @ Midland Fitness is expanding! Training Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Come anytime! Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30pm. Learn, train and if desired, Compete!

New bags in, speed bag to be mounted.
Excited for training to start in Carbondale on Monday May 3rd at 5:00 pm until 7:00 and run Mondays and Wednesdays at that time.
Glenwood Springs is Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:30 pm.
Come on in and train!
