In March 2014, I was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer. I have never experienced anything on this level before. Fighting for my health is beyond difficult. I was blessed with 7 years of remission. My cancer returned with a vengeance in November of 22. I want everyone to know that cancer has no friends. But, I am grateful that I do and I have awesome community. I’m light of I want to share my tips of living and surviving this life 🩷Please remember to do your breast exam the first of the month….and remind a friend. 🩷See your Dr right away if suspect anything. 🩷Please schedule a annual mammogram and genetic testing. 🩷Be mindful of your diet. Take care of yourself!
