Be the best player you can possibly be by being true to what you can physically do. It’s great to watch the players that make our game special, but don’t copy and paste.

The challenge every youth hitter faces every season is- “How can I get rid of wasted movement”?
•
If you look at every MLB hitter in high school. Their swings look very similar and stances look alike.
•
What made them better is that they got rid of wasted movement! The question they always asked themselves is how can I get from A➡️B as efficient and explosive as possible.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Zane and his family for 3 years now. If you looked at his swing from 3 years ago to now. A lot of similarities but everything has improved and gotten much more efficient and explosive💥
