Women’s Yoga + Talk finished up tonight. What a beautiful six weeks we shared together - journeying through the landscape of our minds, exploring our bodies, and embracing our emotions.

To say that this group of 8 courageous women was something special is an understatement. The ways in which they bravely & vulnerably shared, the genuine connections they made, and the lessons learned is all such a gift.
