📊 Did You Know: Shopify Analytics has a hidden gem called Benchmarks?

With eligible reports, you can compare your store’s performance against competitors — right inside Shopify.

Here’s how:
1️⃣ Open a Report
2️⃣ In the Compare to tab, select Benchmarks
3️⃣ Boom — data from similar stores (by category) shows up by percentile

In the screenshot below, you’ll see an example of Benchmarks for the “Conversion Rate” metric. Benchmarks provide a range of competitor stats, including: the overall average, the 25th percentile, and the 75th percentile.

Some metrics you can compare with Benchmarks:
🛒 Conversion rate
📦 Order to fulfillment time
💰 Average order value
💸 Total sales

💡 Pro tip: Benchmarks aren’t available for every store or stat. The easiest way to check? Open a report and look for the Benchmark option under “Compare to.”

🎯 Build-A-Pack Page with Dynamic Discounts
To encourage a higher AOV (average order value), we built a custom Build-A-Pack page that allows customers to mix and match products while automatically applying volume-based discounts at set tiers.

⭐ Shopify B2B Implementation
We implemented Shopify B2B for their wholesale customers, which included migrating all customers from a legacy B2B app into Shopify's native B2B database, and re-architecting the wholesale signup and onboarding process so it's completely automated.

📂 Dynamic Collection Information
To help educate the shopper, we leveraged product metafields to dynamically display images tailored to different activities – making their collections unique and informative to the customer’s use case.

🛒 Rebuy Integration
As part of Apolla’s custom Shopify build, we integrated Rebuy’s smart cart functionality, enabling personalized upsells and cross-sells within the cart, enhancing both customer experience and average order value.

🚀 Custom Shopify CMS Setup
To give Apolla full control over their promotional content, we built a custom CMS setup that allows them to easily update promo tiles across key areas like the homepage, navigation, and Build-A-Pack page.
