16 Penn 55+ Residences

16 Penn Residences were built in 2018 by local owner and developer Henry Burgwyn of Burgwyn Residential Management Services, LLC. Henry is involved with the community and visits often, saying hello to residents, discussing the artwork he personally selected for the community or sharing a glass of wine during one of the many social gatherings.

What does is mean to “Thrive at 55”? Our residents will tell you that they are ready for the next phase of their lives, one that is unencumbered by yard work or home projects, property taxes and the like. With on site management, they can travel knowing their large apartment home is secure. Some still work or volunteer and some are retired. All enjoy the central, vibrant location that is 16 Penn. They walk to restaurants and clubs, the library or the Capitol. Some enjoy the nearby arts and theater districts while others love just meeting friends for a walk in the neighborhood or a cappuccino at a nearby coffee shop. The best part is the sense of community everyone feels at 16 Penn, where they can hang out with friends, BBQ in the courtyard or participate in a planned social activity like Wine Down Wednesday or a Yoga class.

All apartments include a full sized washer and dryer, and underground parking is available.
