As the second-largest employer (next to the Federal Government) in America, the restaurant industry has an opportunity to play a crucial role in increasing civic engagement in the 2022 midterm elections by effectively engaging its employee and consumer base.

As part of our Hungry to Help program, we're participating in ! This week-long celebration has become a staple in the industry as restaurants and bars across the country re-create the Negroni Cocktail with their own twist while raising money for a good cause.

This year, Negroni Week will support Slow Food. Slow Food envisions a world in which all people can access and enjoy food that is good for them, good for those who grow it and good for the planet.

Our 6-course celebrity chef tasting dinner is only a couple of weeks away! Season 4 and "Best New Chef" 2015 winner is joining 's Executive Chef , and three other celebrity and beloved local chefs to support .

Zoi is cooking Psiméno Arní Dolmades, which features grilled Colorado lamb, stuffed grape leaves, pickled currants, smoked yogurt and herb oil.

“It comes as no surprise that I love lamb, being of Greek heritage. I recently moved to Portland, Oregon, and we have some of the best lamb on the planet. I’m doing my best to eat less meat in general, but when I do, I also try to make smart choices for the environment as well as my palate. Oregon Lamb is both. I’ve also been eating as many dry farmed tomatoes I can get my hands on! They are the epitome of summer. For this dinner, I wanted to feature another wonderful domestic lamb source: Colorado Lamb. Psiméno Arní Dolmades is classic rustic dish in Greece with many variations. This is my take on it. I love the “little wrapped gifts” that dolmas evoke and can’t wait to hear what guests say about the dish.” - Zoi Antonitsa
