Beers Made with Barrel-Aged Coffee Beans are 'Blowing People's Minds' You've had a barrel-aged coffee beer, but how about a beer brewed with coffee beans aged in barrels? Brewers say the new brews are "blowing people's minds."
We love this interview with The Modern Eater's Greg Hollenback and David Thibodeau, co-owner and founder of Ska Brewing in Durango. Guys like Greg and Dave is why we are so Colorado proud.
