One of the greatest wake-up call moments I have had? Realizing my lack of control of some(most) events in life, AND realizing the control I did have over my responses to these events.

Once I had accepted this, I no longer placed blame on my parents, my past, the government or the capital market. Instead, I took responsibility. It was up to me.

This was the start of my consciousness towards my wealth, and an awareness towards my self - self-love which developed into self-respect.

This allowed me to make choices that aligned with me, and grow into the person I was meant to be.

What limiting beliefs do you hold about yourself, holding you back from your potential?

When I was roughly $92,000 in school loan debt, no understanding of credit reports and defaulted within 6 months, I had an anonymous donor show they believed in me, and cared and trusted in me enough to demonstrate it to me. I felt overwhelming love.

As it was anonymous, I couldn't ask anyone why I was worthy. So I had to ask myself all of these questions.

Who am I? who is deserving of this help? Who am I meant to become? What do I believe in?

Just like I was with my finances, I had caught myself acting on autopilot in many aspects of my life.

This was the wake up call I needed.

I had to find the answers to these questions myself, decide on them or even create the answers myself.

Have you asked yourself these questions? Have you placed the responsibility of your self-worth in the right hands? - YOUR SELF!

Who are you, and what do you believe in?

To hear me speak more in depth on my story and what I have learned along the way, listen to the my appearance on Limit Free Life with Michelle Perkins here https://limitfreelife.com/ep-124-navigating-the-intersection-of-money-and-life/

You might hope that having more money will allow you to stop doing things you don’t enjoy. However, the freedom to avoid activities you don't enjoy doesn't necessarily bring satisfaction or a sense of fulfillment.

The real issue often isn't the tasks themselves, but rather your relationship to those tasks, and your attunement to alignment and meaning.

When you find meaning in what you're doing, even the stuff you thought you hated (admin, the inbox, or keeping accounts) can become a part of your larger mission in life.

Could you see it as a vehicle for organizing your vision, making it more likely to succeed?

When you shift your perspective this way, you change the quality of your experience.
