Hi Friends-

Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday and the University of Denver (DU) selected our initiative, the GSPP 4D Sport and Well-Being Community Lab, as 1 of the few impactful initiatives to highlight.

The Lab is advancing student learning, research, and community impact through hands-on, interdisciplinary work in performance and wellness. This Giving Tuesday, your support helps equip the Lab with the tools students need to learn, research, and serve our community. A gift of $5 helps provide basic performance testing materials for a student. $50 supports essential classroom and research supplies. $500 helps fund advanced, high-impact equipment (e.g., physiological & metabolic testing treadmills & bicycles) used for teaching, research, and community services across the Front Range.

Now, or tomorrow, on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, please join our friends, alumni, donors, faculty, staff, and students from across campus and around the globe in this powerful day of giving.

Please consider making a donation of any size. With 100% conviction, I can tell you that a contribution of any size is important and makes an impact - these things are like a rolling snowball that grows and grows!

Thank you for your commitment to making a difference and, of course, please share the good word with anyone who may be interested.

๐Ÿ‘€ clear medium ruby with lots of tears
๐Ÿ‘ƒ๐Ÿผ aromatics and taste pretty similar, clean medium intensity
๐Ÿ‘… combo of red fruit & black fruit - so dark cherry, blackberry, bottle said boysenberry which jives and nutmeg. Med+ & , high alcohol at 14.8%
Good wine by itself. Not too heavy, sweet-like, or spicy like some zins. Med+ complexity.
Having the wine with food definitely changed perception. By itself like above, but with it tasted sweeter & with fries ๐ŸŸ more white peppery. Definitely enjoyed it through and through. 2020 so some age and integration detection.
