Intuitive eating at Thanksgiving is the same as intuitive eating on any other day.
At Thanksgiving though, traditions, stress, family dynamics, and feeling like you can only eat these foods this one day of the year makes it a little more challenging.
Here are a few examples of what intuitive eating can look like this Thanksgiving, and also what intuitive eating is not.
As always, eat what and how much feels good for your body. Enjoy more of what you love and less of what you don’t.
Your body gives yo cues, so remember to listen and tune in to how you feel.
