We are thrilled to announce our 2025 Tails of the Soul Gala! It will be held March 29th at The Denver Museum of Nature and Science.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to The John C. Kish Foundation for being our Platinum Sponsor for the second consecutive year. This event wouldn’t be possible without their generous support.

John C. Kish originated and owned the popular Skyline Casino in Henderson, Nevada, for many years. John and his Partner of 43 years, Frank “Jack” Plevo, were long-time philanthropists in Southern Nevada. John passed away in 2007 and Jack passed away in 2013. During their lifetime, the John C. Kish Foundation was formed in 1997, with an emphasis in giving to qualified charities that make communities better, by providing aid
to disenfranchised human beings for their health, welfare, and education, and providing funding to those animal welfare organizations that have not been equally represented.
John and Jack had a great passion for the care and welfare of all animals.

They also had an appreciation of how blessed they were to be so successful, and they made the lives of those who knew them so much fun.

The present Foundation Co-Trustees, Matthew Frazier and Melina Nicolatus, work together and are very proud to carry on the legacy of John and Jack and the John C. Kish Foundation.
