The Peak team has three amazing working mothers, and our team collectively has 5 kids with another on the way very soon! We are so proud to support mothers and families with flexible work schedules, teammates who cover for each other, and a truly empathetic and caring leadership team. But unfortunately, this is not the case for most organizations.

According to this striking Harvard Business Review Article, "In September 2020 alone, 865,000 women left the U.S. workforce, compared to 216,000 men. Furthermore, one in four women are considering either leaving the workforce or reducing their work hours."

We must do better! Please read this article and fight for the great strategies recommended. We need women and mothers to stay in the workforce, and to be supported by their leadership and organizations.
