As a neurodivergent mom of neurodivergent teens, I spent years feeling like we were the side quest in every system we touched. Now I’m obsessed with building rooms, programs, and communities where our kids and their caregivers are the story, not the footnote, through LEGO-based STEAM and play programs.

Caregiver burnout is real. Something I’m aligning to this week so I don’t disappear into everyone else’s needs is stepping outside, even for ten minutes, to remember I exist beyond the to‑do list.
