It’s been a while since I’ve shown a little bit of face, so here’s a little reminder of what I look like in case you forgot! It’s crazy to look back and remind yourself of what a year it has been. Don’t you feel like the pandemic changed our perspective on time? On getting older? On our priorities? Our happiness? Is it just me?

This past year I:
• moved in with my partner and best friend, and our doggie
• started teaching BodyFlow and absolutely love every class I teach
• got promoted at my full-time job
• met some amazing new people, and of course have lost touch with others
• created art for the sake of creating and not just for showing
• have kept 49 plants of all kinds alive (and counting)
• traveled for work, for pleasure, for culture
• had family and friends visit and share my love of Colorado
• and last but not least, refocused my own happiness

I know sometimes we all go through a lot of change, some good some bad. But if BodyFlow has taught me one thing, is that it’s not about whether or not you can touch your toes, but rather what you learn on your way down. ♥️
