Companies invest in marketing because they want to grow their business. But in many cases, what is produced does not serve that purpose. Instead, marketing is easily and often derailed by mismanaged expectations, moving goalposts, and creative processes driven more by someone’s personal taste than a business goal.

Our advice: Stay focused, even when it’s hard. Your process will get you there if you remain vigilant.
