23 years ago, I presented my thesis, at Columbia University, on housing the low income residents of Chandigarh, integrating the housing within the existing fabric of the city, thus eliminating the slums. It’s great to see Indian city planners and Architects working towards better living conditions for all. And what better day to share this than on Le Corbusier’s birthday.
