One of the things I hear from this audience most is this…
“I feel so stuck. I'm overwhelmed by all of my goals that I cannot seem to even achieve any…"
And if this is you, then I've got a special (and 100% free) event that was literally made for you!
My friend Dawn Calvinisti has brought together 15 women experts (including me!) for this 5 day summit: As Good as It Gets!
This incredible event is all about helping you break free from people-pleasing and the day-to-day grind of life and instead discover more meaning, connection and day-to-day fulfillment!
And you can get access to all of it by clicking the link in my bio.
(Not to mention the $2000+ of freebies given away.)
The best way to live a significant, fulfilled life is to be yourself. But honestly, in this day and age - what the heck does that even mean!
In the As Good As it Gets Summit you get 5 days of access to 15 different workshops teaching you the tactical tools to help you life a more fulfilled, authentic, passionate life.
Many women, myself included, have experienced a time in life where they felt overwhelmed, insignificant, confused and stuck. (oh the amount of times I've been in this s**t hole)
If you are wanting more out of life than just checking off the boxes, the rinse and repeat as weeks, then months, then years go by, then this is for you.

When I was first starting my business, I did all the wrong things.
❌ I was trying to be EVERYWHERE online
❌ I was terrified to put myself out there so I would shrink in front of the camera
❌ I was spending HOURS perfecting a single post… only to talk myself out of posting it a day later
And tbh I wasn't in a position where I could hire a 1:1 coach at the time.
So what did I do?
I attended a metric fu of free online classes/workshops.
The knowledge I learned from those not only led me to my first sale, but it completely changed where I was spending my time.
I learned that all the tiny little details I was spending HOURS fussing over… they. didn't. matter.
And I learned what did matter through those online workshop which led me to hire my first coach, go full-time and now work about 25 hours weeks.
So if…

At the beginning of the year, I said to my coach, “my goal is to get this message out to more people. I want to be on 50 podcasts, magazines, articles, etc. to help spread the message about perfectionism.”
And, tbh, I said that as a total stretch goal thinking maybbbeee I’d hit 25.
But this morning, after 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 (excuse me while I scream internally saying that sentence), I did some math.
𝟲𝟱 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮.
I bring this up for 2 reasons:
1. I'm not special. I'm not lucky.
This is four years of building, refining, researching, niching, and changing my message.
Plus, one year of massively getting out of my comfort zone.
We tend to see these shiny moments on social media and be like “oh my god I’ll never get there” or “I’m so behind” or *insert comparison brain’s favorite sentence here*.
Nothing happens overnight. Please remember that.
2. Reframe what you’re focusing on
In December, high achieving perfectionists look at all the things they 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 get done that year.
Then, to numb their negative emotions, they go on social media, see all the amazing things others did this year and they'll beat themselves up for “doing nothing” this year.
Btw: I'm not immune to this, so I'm very conscious about it this time of year.
Listen, you have done so much this year that you are not giving yourself credit for.
If you are looking at all the things you did not do, it is scientifically impossible for your brain to see the things you did do.
We become what we focus on.
So remember, you are more than capable of making amazing things happen.
As a high achiever you're naturally wired for goals but you have to take them one step at a time or else you will burn out.
I never felt burnt out even with 65 media features this year but that was very strategic on my part.
You can read the full cover feature on “how to make perfectionism your CEO superpower” by going to the link in my bio.
And above all, you're amazing.
