He guides home owners through the process of DIY green home improvement and offers his own certification programs for those who want to become more hands on.

Care and Cedar is a home furnishing supplier. They curate sustainable products with a unique aesthetic. The owners are two 2 interior designers and a textile designer who are passionate about self expression supporting a responsible supply chain of furniture and materials. Mission - Eccentric & Responsible. Care & Cedar exists to provide connection between businesses and consumers that benefit the planet. The business cards are printed on handmade paper which includes a number of different plant seeds. When the client arrives home, they can immediately plant the business card. The seeds will sprout when the paper is planted in soil, growing a positive reminder of Care & Cedar everyday.

ONIX : PURE SIN
The target market for Onix is the 18 – 30 year-old urban women, drag queens, feminists and tree-huggers. This career woman is environmentally conscious, but doesn’t want to give up her makeup purchasing habits. The first challenge was to think of an emotionally appealing brand. We went for the tagline: “Pure Sin” and incorporated hints of demonic elements and heavy metal from the existing logo. We went with a bold color palette of neon and red to contrast the natural beige tones of the bamboo.

The second challenge was thinking of alternative packaging resources that could be brought into production. Bamboo is highly durable and could serve as the base of the cosmetic tubes. Recycled plastic could serve as the part that holds the lipsticks and is the replaced part when a new color is ordered. It could also be shipped back and refilled. #

Lori Bender is a holistic health coach who came to us for a second time to refresh her branding to target an older and more focused audience she had begun to have success in. She needed a mature look. Lori’s business is sustainable through and through. She practices holistic health care – drives into habits, routines about diet exercise and the mind. We have built a digital ecosystem for her business. Classes, communication, client tools and scheduling are run via her website and social media. Business cards are printed on the Mohawk Renewable Paper line using recycled cotton from the scraps at fashion assembly lines.
