In 2025, Colorado produced the equivalent of 44% of our energy from cleaner, renewable sources. We ranked 12th for solar & 6th for wind.
But we can do more to tap into this free fuel. We should have more solar on roofs and parking lots. And agrivoltaics can combine solar with farming. See more data for CO and all states at CoPIRG.org.
